TheMarineCorpsShop.com (TMCS) will use the shipping method you choose during checkout.
If TMCS refuses any order for any reason and payment has been collected, then TMCS will return payment in full to the original purchaser only.
Most orders are processed and submitted for shipping within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment. You should expect to receive your order within approximately 8 to 10 business days.
Custom items or items that require hand crafted customization may take longer to ship from our warehouse because of differences in handling these items and the overall customization process.
Customized items may take up to 2 weeks before delivery. Please make note of this when placing your order.
If an item has been discontinued or is out of stock at the time of your order, we will contact you.
Our shipping costs are very reasonable. TMCS charges only for actual shipping and the actual cost of shipping supplies and materials.
We use US Postal Service to keep your costs low.
If you wish to utilize shipping options not listed on our web site or in our catalogs please do not hesitate to contact us direct and we will be happy to make other arraignments to suit your needs or requests.
No rush or expedited orders - unless approved by management in writing.
Rush or expedited orders may incur an expedite fee - if so this fee will be disclosed and agreed to in writing before the order can be processed.
TMCS may elect to combine orders if it is efficient and economical to do so.

ORDER TRACKING
To review your order information:
1. After you have registered, logged in, and placed your order, you will be able to track your order by accessing your account. Simply click on the My Account link located at the top of the right navigation bar and proceed to the Order Status/Tracking section.
2. The Order Status page will display your order number, the date your items were ordered, whether your items were shipped, and your order tracking number. Orders shipped via U.S. Postal Service may or may not have a tracking number available.
SHIPPING NOTES
For customized products, including but not limited to identification tags and/or dog tags please see our terms and conditions outlined in other policies published on this web site.
Shipping is available outside the continental United States but may incur additional charges.
Normal orders do not incur handling charges - large orders may be assessed appropriate handling charges but the customer will be informed of any and all instances when a handling fee will apply.
Orders shipped via U.S. Postal Service may or may not have a tracking number available.
If shipping via UPS we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Mailbox Suite numbers.
To help fight the fraudulent use of credit cards we will only ship to the customer authorized on the credit card used to make the purchase.
Products are subject to availability and may be replaced by comparable items of equal or greater value if the product requested is out of stock.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know the expected delivery date.
We reserve the right to limit items & quantities.

When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition.
All claims for damage or missed items MUST be reported to TMCS within three (3) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
Note: Established procedures by UPS, U.S. Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim. Carefully unpack; and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage, mutilate or molest the manufactures packaging. Do not throw away of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc.
No refunds or exchanges will be made after thirty (30) days.
RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event you may need to return an item to TMCS you must request and receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before returning any shipment or product to TMCS.
RMA numbers may be procured by e-mailing TMCS at info@themarinecorpsshop.com
When you contact us for a RMA number you will at the same time be given shipping information as to where to ship your return.
All sales are final on any customized or imprinted product.
Replacement products will be shipped as soon as defective products are received and inspected by TMCS.
NOTE: TMCS is NOT responsible for spelling, punctuation or grammar. We encourage buyers to use a dictionary if spelling is in question. We will imprint products with the exact spelling, punctuation and grammar as received on the order form.
ON CUSTOM IMPRINTED ITEMS THERE IS NO RETURN, NO REFUND UNLESS THE ERROR IS DETERMINED TO BE THE FAULT OF TMCS.
Misspelled words or incorrect punctuation ON the customer"s part does NOT constitute a TMCS error
